Aruba- SALADA DI BATATA

Aruba, Jamaica, Ooh I wanna take ya! That is the perfect song to listen to when you are cooking this! Here is a link (with lyrics)

Play that on loop while you cook this! And check out my twitter!

Anyways, here is Aruba (Jamaica, Ooh I wanna take ya)

You will need,

4 potatahs,

A hard boiled egg, yes a hard boiled egg,

A cup of mayo,

A tablespoon of bacon bits (the main reason I wanted to make this meal, Just kidding),

A half tablespoon of beef broth (Don’t ask me),

A half tablespoon of mustard,

Two teaspoons of vinegar,

And a little salt and pepper (I’m done making that joke)

First, you boil the potatoes until they’re soft, about 20 minutes. Don’t peel them! You might think “Oh my gosh, too much cooking! Right from the start! I bet we are doing 3 hours worth of cooking!” But actually, there is only that! You peel and cube da putatuhs,

and then ya peel and cube da eggs! It’s amazing how I said basically the same thing but their definitions are so different! Then you put them in a bowl and Steer Eet Up! And then you add EVERYTHING ELSE and Steer Eet Up some more!IMG_4643

That is a photo of me Steerin’ Eet Up. Then you refrigerate it up and serve!
